Fuoye Required Documents For Newly Admitted Students 2016/2017

This is to inform the Newly admitted students that their registration activity has commenced. All newly Admitted candidates into the Federal University Oye-Ekiti, are expected to bring the following documents to the School (Departments) for Continuation of Registration after payment of Acceptance fees and completion of their online registration.

We advise that all the admitted Students Concerned are to update their online personal information form with O Level result, upload their passport and enssure you have filled your Online Registration and Health Center Registration.

Ensure you download and printout the under listed documents from the portal.
*Offer of Provisional Admission Letter
*Acceptance offer of Admission
*O'level Clearance form
*Original Clearance Form
*Biodata information form.

Bring Along with you the Downloaded Documents the following Registration Documents.

*JAMB Provisional Admission Letter
*Academic credentials and UTME result slip
*Birth certificate/Sworn declaration of age
*Certificate of Origin/ Local Government origin.
*O'level Result(s)
*Jamb Result
*Attestation Letter
*Guarantor's Letter
*Affidavit of Good Conduct/Non Membership of Secret Cult.
*Four (4) recent colored passport-size photographs with your name and course of study clearly written on the reverse side. (We advice you bring as many as Possible).
*Certificate of medical fitness obtained from the University Health Center.

Proceed now to the Academic Affairs Division to commence your clearance process then go to.

NB-: 
Come with enough money in your pocket,advisable in your bank account where you can easily withdrawl the money via ATM.
Ensure you have enough photocopies copies of the requested documents and bring the Scratch Cards you used for your Jamb and O'level.
