The management of Federal University Oye-Ekiti (FUOYE) has released the school ID card form.

STUDENTS IDENTITY CARD APPLICATION FORM
All 100 level and direct entry students are to download the form and submit after they have gotten their matriculation number.
All 200Level to 500Level students are to download the form and submit on or before Friday 9th December 2016.
NOTE:
No form will be accepted after the deadline
